If you have a software or configuration issue and your broadband connection is working, we may be able to put it right without even visiting you.

Our remote support service allows you to download a small file to your computer which will provide you with a unique, one time access ID & Password, when provided to us we can then access your computer for a single session to rectify the problem.

This service is not available at all times due to engineer availability but we can arrange a convenient time with you to carry this out.

This service is provided for existing customers only as an addition to their existing support and is not available as a free service.
